Bodyreading-Understanding Posture and Fascial Lines
In this workshop we will look at posture and how imbalances in fascial lines and how energetic stagnation or holding can lead to disfunction in our bodies and what we can do to overcome imbalances and heal from injuries. We will discuss various types of bodywork techniques and how they might affect fascia, body energy and posture. There are so many body therapies available and it’s hard to make sense of what any of it is or how it might help your current condition. This workshop will cover various alternative body and movement therapies and practices that can be beneficial.
Participants that are interested in having their posture assessed are asked to wear somewhat fitted clothing.
